This is lightly oaked, medium-bodied blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and Syrah. The aromas of raspberry and cherry are balanced with warm spice flavours such as cinnamon and cardamom. It has soft tannins and a long lasting finish making it a perfect shipping red or to be serve with chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese.
